In Mississippi, we reserved a 26’ truck over a month before our move. Our pickup location was changed 3 times without U-Haul calling us. We had to drive 1 1/2 hours each way to finally pick up our truck just to find out the U-Haul people didn’t show up to work on time. Had to wait 30 min after our pickup time for them to show up to work! . The back of the truck was full of mud and rust fell off the door tracks all over our stuff. The cab of the truck was muddy and had food scraps on the seats. I had to clean the whole truck myself. There was at least 6” of play in the wheel and the front hubs on the truck were leaking. Defiantly not the truck I wanted to drive 10 hours across country with. I will NEVER use U-Haul again.
