The front of the trailer and the floor were covered in semi-dried urine. An air freshener had been used to cover up the smell but once you open the door open for a bit the odour from the urine was over powering. Took an hour to wash the floor and wall. Totally disgusting! I have rented from U-Haul before different location without issue. This trailer hasn’t even been swept out!
