Have people there that know what they are doing. Guy couldn’t even turn on computer waited 45 minutes amd had to call U-Haul. It was awful

SANDRA CWe waited an hour after opening to actually leave the building. It took awhile for someone to attend to us. Typically when we rent trailers it's extremely efficient, being in and out in 10 minutes. We returned it the same night but they never checked it In so we received a call from uhaul asking us when we were returning it although it had been returned long before.
