Joel MMy wife and I had a long distance rental need from Clemson to Jacksonville FL. Tony went way out of his way to compare a one way rental vs. a back and forth. In fact, had we went with the one way rental, it would have actually resulted in Tony not receiving my business. To Tony, it was more important to satisfy me (the customer). In the end, it made more sense financially to rent from Tony. Vehicle was clean and well maintained. If I were to ever need another Uhaul, I would 100% go back to this location!
