BRADLEY QThe truck extremely dirty I told the woman that was helping me the truck is dirty she didn’t care she said rent it as it’s ,” it’s just a little bit dusty “ no it was dry sticky dirt stacked on the truck floor . I wasn’t giving the option to upload pictures in the UhAul app during the rental I took pictures of my own to pick for my record that the truck was dirty dented everywhere I took my own pictures before driving off the property the employees in there are lazy and nasty 🤮. I paid for appliances dolly I got a small one. I opened the truck no appliance dolly was there I went back and asked where is the appliance dolly I paid $11 for she replied “ No appliance dolly you can take the small one “ . The small dolly is $7 dollars I need a credit for the $ 4 difference. They don’t care they’re lazy and nasty. I cleaned the truck the best way I can before returning it .
