I dropped off on Sunday when they were not open.
GAVIN LThere’s no competition so I will definitely use U-Haul again but I would use any other business. I ordered a dolly and there was no dolly. I would rather check in and out in five minutes with a person at a counter rather than it take half an hour for pick up and drop off to go through the app

sonja rLocation was assigned when I asked for freedom to drop the truck off closer to the unloading point. The location was in a part of town that concerned me being out during the evening hours. While I appreciate the 24 hour drop off capability, I wish I had been able to drop the truck off 9/10s of a mile from the unload point vice having to drive 20 minutes to drop off.
