I replaced the gas in the uhaul back to exactly where it was when I got it and the man charged me for 3 gallons and yet I put gas in right before I dropped it off. Such a fraud and ripped me off. I will never drop it off here again. All he did was take the key from me rudely and did not even check to confirm the gas before I left so I was overcharged for the gas when I had it filled to the exact amount it was at when I received it

TamaraJo HWe couldn't get to the site because of location. We had our drop off location changed on us 3 times each time further away. The location we dropped off at was Extremely difficult to get too this was a frustrating experience.
James MThe person at the shop didn’t speak English. I had to speak to an unknown woman on his cellphone where she requested I upload my personal information. No walk around the truck was done by them. Truck had around an 1/8th of a tank of gas. Lady on the phone had no customer service skills. Plus a $19 truck was $182 for less than 24 hours and 66 miles. U-Haul changed my pickup location only days before my rental which wasn’t convenient. Said the location I chose didn’t have the truck. If you accept the reservation and change it U-Haul should deliver a truck to that location instead of inconveniencing the customer. That was my last time using U-Haul. Penske is much more professional.
