Abel at Z Auto Services is a GREAT employee, he is there for the customers and gets to a resolution for their needs. As a third party working with Uhaul, he stopped his own auto shop business to come and fix an issue regarding drop off details. He was patient and definitely made me feel welcome to come and get services done for his shop in the near future. He gained a customer and built longer lasting loyalty to Uhaul. TROY RThe guy at the drop off location never even got out of his car I waited 10 minutes to disconnect trailer and park it Finally I just did it myself Then he said I was done never looking at the trailer just telling me I would get an E-mail receipt TERRIBLE SERVICE! !!!!!!
