Even though I reserved a trailer weeks in advance, I had to drive around all day to get one. First I was notified that my reservation had changed to a town 2 hours away. Then when I got there, they didn’t have the trailer I reserved and sent me 2.5 hours the other direction to get a trailer

Booked the rental in one location, had to drive 30 miles to pick it up. Had to drop it back off 20 miles away from my, local, original location booking location. The second booking, three days later was slightly better experience.
