getting the key was really difficult. The box was so high the combo was difficult to see. My wife had a to stand on a chair.

Not say a truck is set up an the keys are in the drop box when they aren't. Don't fail to reserve a vehicle an then proceed to send me 30 minutes away to another town an location that was supposed to be set up an wasn't either. Then get overcharged for a vehicle I didn't want from the start that was booked in advance.
