It was probably an accident but they marked the gas 7/8 full when, at most, it was 3/4.

MARK PI showed up to drop off my trailer a day early and no one was there to receive the trailer. When I called to find out what to do they said the office person had stepped out and would be back. Then nothing for 15 minutes. When I called again they said they would not be back and could I come back tomorrow. I said no. They said someone could be there in a half hour. I told them I would get help myself to uncouple the trailer and leave it.There was poor communication about the situation and i had to take care of things myself. It felt unorganized. That said, they did check in my trailer and I received a receipt in a timely manner.
