The person checking us in did not have the computer knowledge and knowledge to answer our questions to help us and therefore it took over an hour to check in which delayed our packing of the trailer. The trailer itself we rented was an older trailer and the latch mechanism needs to have work done on it before it is rented out again as it was difficult for us to seal it properly, especially needed as we were traveling in rainy conditions.
