Truck was ok. Trailer was dirty. Had 6 dirty U-Haul blankets inside which I did not order. I should have checked trailer inside my bad. Trailer doors were not fastened. Found this out driving down the road. Fortunately no damage caused. Although I had requested a location that was only 10 minutes from my home, I was assigned. Location that was a 35 minute drive. Resulted in taking hour and half to get equipment and return home. Also my pick for return location was not assigned. I returned equipment to my pick which was .7 miles from my unload point. App would not let me change my return location so had to call help line in order to make change. Suggest changing app to allow customer to change drop location. Thx
