First the truck was filthy when i picked it up. When I went to drop it off on the scheduled day, the shop was closed, i spent 30 minutes trying to get to a resolution. which was ulitmately to come back the next day. This resulted me in putting additional miles on the truck. I should not be responsible for paying for anything extra past when i was scheduled to return it as i was there to return the truck.
