Upon arrival no one came out to direct me to the drop off spot on the premises. I just parked the truck at the entrance. Had to go in the office to provide the keys and drop off final instructions. Overall it was average.

Donna NWe dropped our truck off at this location and it was closed. The gate was closed and our rental could barely fit in the driveway. And the box to drop off the key was inside the gate so we had to go under the gate to leave the keys. Tried to call uhaul about possibly changing location and it was 1 1/2 hold time and nobody ever called me back.
