Personel was never at the office even when the sign (open) was on , the 2 times I went to drop off vehicle, even call the service number posted at the door no one answer but the recorder.i decided to park the trailer and took pictures of the drop off. Waited for someone but no one came in to the office and I left.

ADA SKnew very little about truck's specifics. Recommended another U-Haul dealer closeby to answer any questions about the truck.
ROBERTO SThe manager of that location had the day off and had a standby working for him who was from a different location. The manager letter with no passwords to sign into the computer for the U-Haul that I have reserved a day and a half prior. I put no blame on the standby employee. I put all the disorganization on the manager of that location. I almost went to another U-Haul location, but some other gentleman called me and assisted me for the U-Haul. I only did it because I didn't want to stand in line at the other location. I will not do business with that location ever again.
