Upon completion of online rental I was told I would be contacted to confirm availability of all equipment. I was never contacted, so I assumed everything was good. When I show up at 4pm on a Friday afternoon to pickup equipment, I was told they don’t have the two dozen furniture pads I had reserved. Frustrating when the reservation was made two weeks prior and I could’ve arranged to secure pads elsewhere if I’d been notified. The lady simply wasn’t one bit concerned. If you’re in the moving business, please provide adequate moving supplies…

Great place to rent a uhaul
REBECCA GWhen a customer states that they would like to drop off a rental at a certain location but U-Haul requires them to drop off at another location it is frustrating

WALTER BI do not like the fact that U-Haul won’t let you know if you can pick up a piece of equipment until 48 hours out…. We scheduled 2 weeks out, and this just added undue stress that wasn’t necessary.
