The person checking me in didn't know how to check me in on the computer or his phone. At one point he said to me "I don't do U Hauls" then proceeded to hunt and read on his phone and computer to get the trailer checked in. I requested a receipt because I wasn't sure I was getting credit for returning the rental. That created another problem that he couldn't resolve. He told me the receipt was on his phone so I told him to screen shot it and send it to me via text. That worked.
