The first location I reserved for was Tacony street , I reserved for in person pickup . I get there and there is no one there but a ring camera! Horrible I was there for 30 mins for them to have to change my reservation to a different location ! Do better or close the location . But the 2nd location was efficient, informative and easy for pickup and drop off.

It's difficult to know where to go for service at this location. There is no real signage or Office area...The Contact there and others were nice and friendly/helpful once found them. Inside the cab n the loading area in back wer clean and ok, but the outside of truck was Filthy. the Windshield was so caked with dirt it was difficult to see out. There was no Washer Fluid at all either or just wasn't working... have no idea. Once I got to my destination as I was on a time schedule... I did manage to get some wet paper towels and had to scrub the dirt off and was better. This is a very convenient location for me as is very close to home n easy to get to.
