The snow should’ve been cleaned off. I had to scrape snow off with a credit card due to it being frozen on and didn’t have access to scraper

Have someone who speak English and have knowledge about what’s going on.
antione sIt was unclear where to put the truck
JOEL MWhen I arrived at the location, it was full of out of order slot machines. The man behind the counter told me to call a random phone number - I called and got no answer. This continued for 10 minutes, before we got in touch with the man who informed us he was on the toilet. 10 more minutes later we got him again and he said he was with another customer. 10 more minutes later I was finally able to speak to someone. I had included a number of additional purchases with the rental (e.g., boxes, tape) - none of these were available. The only item the location was able to provide were blankets, which were stored in a pile at the back of a filthy storage container behind the gas station. Everything about the experience was horrible. Critically, the reservation price was not respected, and the price was doubled on the morning of pick-up. This is predatory behavior and if I had more time I would file a class action lawsuit. Truly repulsive business practice.
PETER LThe guy didn’t speak English, I showed up there at 6 and it said it closes at 7. The guy said a bunch of stuff I didn’t understand and said they were closing but I could still leave the truck there. Overall it was extremely confusing.
