I had a reservation to pickup at another location at 9. They called me and told me to go to this other location. I got there at 9. Turns out they don’t open until 10. Lady didn’t show up until 10:27. Nightmare of an experience on the day I was moving.

All was good except it is way expensive, at least some miles must be included in the base rent price.

ELICIA VEverything went good with the van rental. The office employee was very nice and helpful. There was a slight musty odor inside the van, originally, but with windows down to air it out and a spray bottle of Lysol, the odor did not linger and went away eventually.
NICHOLAS CThe guys told me they don’t have available trucks then i went to other place then guy reserved the truck for me on this place then i went back to pick up the truck this store employees lied me that they don’t have truck actually they had.
