Nothin wrong with the actual location, but extremely frustrating that I had to drive an hour round trip in the opposite direction to pick up a truck when the location I made a reservation at (Old Town Scottsdale) had a truck in stock. I hen I spoke to the traffic control rep, she was extremely rude and condescending. I don’t plan on using uhaul again after this experience.

MATTHEW MOnly issue was I used the online check in process but was assigned a truck that was blocked in. However, customer service helped assign me a new vehicle with minimal delay
