The lock box for the keys was unlocked and open. Luckily I am not crazy or a thief so I just put my key in and locked it back up.
KATHRYN SPicking up the vehicle was like pulling teeth. Having to call to get verified and supply two different numbers of friends and family just to get that truck was terrible. Then when I need to get the keys, the location appears closed and they don't answer the door when knocked. then they bring me thru a different random door, thru a horribly cluttered store(?) where it smelled like cigarettes

Steven KOvercharged and rude employees had no idea what they were doing and charged me 100 for a couple hours even tho I turned it back with less miles than intended plus more gas then I left with and under the time I requested. Horrible location wouldn’t recommend
