There was a lot of homeless people all over the parking lot. The app was not as easy as it was promoted. When I finally got the keys and drove it to my location it was pad locked and no key was provided. The location was not open for several hours and this delayed my move. I had the lock opened so I could move forward with my move. This caused a lot of stress. The online contact did not call me back and was not helpful.

Pick up was good people at the location were friendly. Except that I reserved 2 furniture dolly's and received one furniture dolly and one utility dolly. Also, the truck only had 1/4 tank of gas at pick up
