The employee cancelled my original online reservation without telling me, she swt my 1 day rental for 2 days when I planned to return it before the next day originally. She wound up turning a 50 dollar truck rental for a quick job into a 100 dollar plus experience. The truck itself had the incorrect fuel logged initially and there was a dirty cab with some damage to the interior
