Truck was poorly serviced.. no AC... Broke down twice.towed away the second time . trailer lights didn't work at all... Gas wasn't where it said it was

Orlando GArrived right before 10 AM as my scheduled pick up was at 10 AM. The place did not open until 10 minutes after 10 AM. Then I had to wait 20 minutes after that because the person that deals with rentals was not there. Had to hook the trailer up myself, then wait for the person to take pictures.
