I reserved a trailer, appliance dolly, and moving blankets. The location did not have a dolly or moving blankets which caused a major inconvenience. My reservation was for 8:00 am. I got to the store about 8:15. The lady at the store was unable to provide the trailer and had to contact her boss to handle the rental by telephone. I was not able to leave with the trailer for about 45 minutes. I would not use this location again. The service is not timely and they did not have the equipment I reserved.
Russell NWaited 15mins for help. I was handed the key to go find the truck myself on the lot. I paid for an appliance dolly and was told when I got there they didn’t carry supplies at that location. I paid for movers that were waiting at my house. The lady who handled the U-Haul orders was very rude. She was cursing at me in the middle of grocery store. She walked off curse and me. She never came back to speak with me or answer any of my questions. She was very unprofessional with a bad attitude. She is not a good representative of your business. She needs anger management and a class on customers service.

Alecia CUpon arrival went in and the grocery store cashier asked for a my id and credit card used. Took a picture of them and had to send to someone to confirm my reservation and process my rental because they don’t have a computer on site. The trailer I rented wasn’t cleaned out the trailer was open and had cushions and a sleeping bag in it as if someone was sleeping in it. Had to wait for the clerk to clean out the trailer.
