Originally, I was supposed to pick up my equipment at a different location, but U-Haul updated the reservation and sent me to this one. They were unprepared, and I had to find the worker when he filled out the paperwork and got my information after a few minutes he just said here you go and gave me the keys - he didn’t look over the equipment or verify anything. The gas was just slightly above half a tank and I returned it at half a tank but U-Haul is charging me 40 bucks to refill the tank. That charge should be dropped. I am dissatisfied with the service charge and lack of attention at the pickup point.

Had one bad tire on the trailer that nobody noticed. Forgot to check them before I left, but I went back and luckily caught a service truck there that was able to give me a new tire before I started my trip.
MANUEL LI received the truck on an almost empty tank of gas. I put gas in the truck and returned it with more gas than when I got it. I only drove 29 miles on the truck but the location charged me for 21 gallons of gas. I currently have a dispute with U Haul in progress.
Heidi ROnly one of the trailer's lights worked when I picked it up so I was concerned. All of the running lights started working as I drove to my destination. The tires looked very new. The interior of the trailer was just a bit dirty with some leaves and torn paper. The guys at Bad Habitz noticed my trailer ball was a little loose and they were kind and tightened it for me. The trailer pulled like a dream. It was a 12ft long trailer and I kept forgetting it was behind me.
NANCY LI feel the place only have a few stuff to rent. Also I didn't like that I was charged extra day for a time ididn't get to picked it up. I was late picking up so that is the time i feel it should have been returned . T I am disputing the charges because I would have kept it another day.
