The rental was fine , however I was overcharged for the rental fee which happens every time I rent from u-haul that’s a pain to have to audit your receipt because apparently U- Haul doesn’t pay attention to the way they billing the customers. They advertise one price then you get over charged & charged for items you didn’t not ask for all my rentals have been booked online by me and I know what I choose I was overcharged $56 this rental and on the previous rental I was overcharged charged about the same then you go through loops to get you money back U-Haul I used to not be this way they were an affordable rental company now they are adding fees that are not explained up front and also charging you more per mile for gas than advertised the locations aren’t logging in there mileage in right and the customer is the one that’s overcharged. Not happy with that.

Nothing it was very good and friendly staff
Bradley MIt took longer than expected to get the rental and for some reason my reservation on line was not on file. Otherwise it was a good experience.
Gary SKristen greeted us, she was great. Uhaul should value having such a great person to partner with. Definitely would recommend to everyone for this picayune location
NATHAN BI reserved a trailer, appliance dolly, and moving blankets. The location did not have a dolly or moving blankets which caused a major inconvenience. My reservation was for 8:00 am. I got to the store about 8:15. The lady at the store was unable to provide the trailer and had to contact her boss to handle the rental by telephone. I was not able to leave with the trailer for about 45 minutes. I would not use this location again. The service is not timely and they did not have the equipment I reserved.
