The interior of the truck was dirty. Lots of dog hair. My reservation got taken the day before somehow by a different person and they linked it to my phone number and address. It majorly stressed me out. Then they over charged me 10 miles I didn’t drive.

only issue were the key retrieval instructions being wrong. otherwise, great customer support and trucks!
Michael AI returned my truck a day early ( that night) called the next morning to advise I dropped the truck off and it took an additional 3 days to check the truck in. I received calls from UHaul customer service stating I still had the truck!!!
IRETHA SOut of the way. Not familiar with u-haul info and very slow. Very courteous and polite but Uhaul not primary job. The garage is primary concern.
