Out of the way. Not familiar with u-haul info and very slow. Very courteous and polite but Uhaul not primary job. The garage is primary concern.

mike mWorst rental experience ever, both the pick up and return. When I reserved, my requested pick up location showed limited availability so I was sent far out of the way. When I passed my desired location they had hundreds of trailers. The place they sent me was dirty and sketchy. I had to help the guy lift the trailer to connect it. The return was the biggest cluster I have ever experienced! The girl inside waited til I had unhooked the trailer then came out and said it needed to go in a different location. I was in the 24/7 drop area and there was another trailer there. Terrible experience. The trailer was dirty when I picked up but I returned clean. I had called in advance to make sure they had 12 blankets. After completing contract he came out with only 5 and did not know how to adjust the contract. I had to explain this to the return location.
