Because I was not made aware of the spill in the bed of the truck, I was charged a cleaning fee of $25.00, which makes me a little angry. It was there when my son & I picked the truck up on Friday. I have witnesses!

This location cancelled my trailer without calling despite me having called the previous day like I was told by another employee to reschedule because of car troubles, the employees here could communicate better and actually bother to check if the trailers are clean.

The first time i was charged $ 40to clean the u hall , it was pretty muddy on the cab floor so i understand. The Second time i was charged 50 $ when the back and a bit of mud in it , i spent an hour and a half wiping it down in the cold , i have never had a u hall charge for this even if they are dirty.

Probably the easiest and best Uhaul experience we've ever had. Kay was awesome and knowledgeable. She had us in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I was given the wrong truck. The truck listed on my contract was a one way truck (What I ordered) the truck I was given was a local only. It was on empty so I had to drive to a gas station to get it filled. There where several spots of damage not marked and the person who took an hour to process my rental didn't even come out to the truck with me to make sure everything was good. I had to go back and tell him what was wrong. Then to my surprise when I went to drop the truck off I was told it was the wrong truck and that I had to take it 38mile back to where i got it. After waiting another hour of my time and missing my dinner plans, I tried to call the place I got the truck but they were closed. I then had to find a safe place to park the truck for the night. After finally getting a hold of the owner of the company where I got the truck, i was told he didn't understand and I'd have to talk to someone else and to wait for a call. I was frustrated at this point. My Sunday plans were ruined and I didn't know if or when I had to take the truck back. I decided to call the 1800 # and was happy to find out that all she needed to do was change the location status on the trucks and I could take the truck to the coeurd'alene location. However when I asked for a refund of some of my money for my stress, troubles and missing out on my scheduled plans, I was given the run around. A week later I am still waiting on a call from someone who can refund my money.
