CHARLES CBrandi at Foulkes and her husband Greg were incredibly helpful and kind when my wife and I were broke down on I-40 near Pinson Springs! They close at 4 but when I called Brandi told me that she would come over and rent me the truck I needed to get home --- 250 miles away! I had to get an Uber driver to take me from I-40 to their location and when I finally got there -- around 7 pm!-- she was gracious enough to leave her home and meet me to assign the truck out to me. Upon leaving, Brandi and Greg both wished me a safe journey home. I believe that if it weren't for them it would have been an even rougher night. Thank you Brandi and Greg! If U-Haul offers any award for their incredible service they should be getting it! They are truly the remarkable folks at Foulkes!!!
richard pI can’t really comment too much for they weren’t open on Sunday but gate was open for us to drop off….it had rained and the parking lot was very muddy with some gravel so we attempted to stay on the gravel the best we could. And dropped off the trailer. We did not know the location was closed and we knocked on doors and tried to call and no one answered and I finally had to call the Southaven location where we picked up to ask if it was OK if we just dropped it. I finally received a text from the person who ran it saying they were closed and not there that day and that it was OK to drop it. They do need to do something, though with that parking lot they need to pave it or add gravel to the whole parking lot, cause it was very muddy. One could easily get stuck.
