My reservation was confirmed on a Tuesday for a 15ft truck. I received a voicemail that the truck was not available in the town I selected. I was told that one was available but I had to drive an extra 60 miles round trip to get it plus the gas as well. I had trouble uploading the necessary pictures and I had to call support to get it fixed. The truck itself was great and the drop off was great.
