This location had no sign outside to identify as a U-Haul location. I had to call to find out which store in the strip mall was U-Haul. The truck was dirty make it a requirement it be clean. A contractor had used the truck previously

They changed my pick up location from west Babylon to plainview the day before pick up. My 8:30am pick up turned into 9am because plainview didn’t open till 9am. I called the corporate office and the woman said “oh looks like you’ll have to wait a few minutes”. Thank god I’ll never use these people ever again. Terrible experience.
