Bobby, who works at this location, was a complete dick. Honestly, I would do anything possible to avoid having to deal with him again. I was supposed to pick up a trailer the next day to help U-Haul with transport from Plano to Sweetwater, but I did not want to have to risk seeing or dealing with Bobby again. He was incredibly condescending and rude.

NeKisha MI love the new (well, new to me) mobile check in and out. In the past, I had always dreaded the check in, as it always took upwards of 30 minutes. (and that was if you didn't have to wait your turn). The new app ROCKS and I will be renting again soon!
