The outside of the truck was clean, the box was clean, the inside cab was not clean. The cup holder has sticky dried spilled soda and a bottle cap. This entire experience was a mess. I asked for one location minutes from my son's house where we were moving the items from. It was noted someone would call before 5 the day before. No. I had to call at just before 5 only to find out my reservation had been moved 30 minutes away. Hey! I am paying mileage! And our time was limited. I got a text 2 hours after the 5 pm time about issues with my reseveation, I called the Lakeland regional office. She moved my reservation to a place only 10 minutes from my house which was OK. The pick up was a joke!!! A JOKE!!!!!!! The sign said this location did not use the app and if no was there to call the number. We called the number, they guy said he would be there in 5 minutes. NO! We called again and to the regional office, It took 45 minutes to negoitate a truck as the dolly I asked for was not at this location. The whole situation was like a very bad movie!! I will NEVER rent from this location again and I seriously don't know if I will rent from UHaul again!! Please feel free to contact me for more in depth details of this awful sitatuion 407-579-7552

DANIEL LThe location is a building with plywood on the windows, dark and very dirty inside with one single desk. My pickup time was 7PM I was running late from work, got there at 7:20 the guy called me multiple times asking where I was. They tried adding additional hidden fees when I picked up the uhual, which I declined and then when I returned it, still charged me an extra almost $300 unapproved!
