Do what you promise. I was told you opened at 7:30, the agent said 8:00, and he was 25 minutes late and didn’t have the furniture dolly that I needed. When I went to the location you picked, he turned me away because he didn’t have room. He actually had 4 parking spots. So I drove another 15 minutes. Not happy.

Tatjana SUnclear instructions to pick up trailer. Called to speak with customer service representative to pick up trailer based on instructions on the door. When I was finally able to speak with a representative using a different number, he was rude and impatient.
