The main thing is customer service. I had to scan my on documents at the counter. Had to verify phone number to make sure was given the right number. Did not inspect truck with me. When we got back I had parked it where they didn’t want it. Told me to move it. Supposedly I had parked it at an exit no indication of an exit.
