There were chips crumbs in the cup holders, on the seats and floors of the U-Haul. The internet was down so the clerk had to find my reservation on her personal cell phone.

Matthew LNumber of moving pads were not available. Only had 5 out of 12 needed. Also no one on-site to assist with hooking up the trailer. Mostly needed assistance with lifting the tongue up to my hitch on a 12x6 trailer, is very heavy. This neighborhood dealer should not be allowed to continue on. Very disappointed with UHaul.
