I wish i could give more stars but I can't. I gave 2 as a Courtesy & because the app wasn't working. We dropped off the Uhaul which was a tandem axel to fit my car on. Got there at 9pm dropped it off right by the door with a sign that said uhaul. Right place exactly where you can see it. His camera is probably how he checks if it's there. Drop off 07/12/25 phone call from uhaul 07/23/25. They told me that the uhaul was not checked in yet and i said i can go see if its there.......crazy panicked I do not have extra money for this. I get my very tired children just awake from nap ready, shoes and all in the car to drive all the way to check. You can imagine how that would feel if you have or had small children. Thank the lord it was there and no one stole it!! Through the screaming and yelling in the back seat I was relieved and overly stressed. Which could have been completely avoided if..... 1. They had checked there lot the day we dropped it off or the next day which would be the 13th. 2. That the uhaul app would have worked And 3. Made me aware sooner! That would have been on me and it makes a person feel like crap losing what is not yours! Or so I thought. You own a business I understand it's hard you have a lot on your plate yet it is still your responsibility. Please take accountability and do better.
