quick, responsive and helpful. good stuff
Jared MI was supposed to pick up the trailer at 4pm on the 10th. No one was there and no phone calls were returned. UHaul corporate was contacted by me about a discount, everyone said they would help and yet no one did. Overall a very poor corporate experience. I have submitted poot reviews and requests to be contacted and yet, no one has. I had to change my travel plans and spend another night at the hotel. Thanks very much for that
