They don’t answer their phone, did it all myself and with the help of area manager. Would not recommend this place

Rodney RMy first mobile pickup reservation was a disaster. Lockbox code didn’t work. Had to call support to get rescheduled at a different location. Was put on hold, call dropped randomly and had to start over. Finally got rescheduled at a different location and when I got there, the gentlemen didn’t have the keys to the truck on hand. He had to go home and get them. So, all in all it took me 2 hours to even get my truck keys.
