Hebert MThe folks at this agency were amazing and helped with the rental and for fixing the problem very quickly and efficiently. My issue with this rental was that U-Haul claimed the truck was a 20 foot truck, but the bed was only 15'8". So I couldn't fit everything I needed in it, had to completely unload it after having loaded it up, return the truck, and then go rent a larger one from a different location cause they didn't have one here. Very disappointed that U-Haul advertises a 20 foot truck and only provides 15 feet of area to load.
