The U-Haul app said to drop off at a location. The person at that “gas station” knew nothing about what needed to be done. I called U-Haul and they tried to connect me to a different place that just hung up on me. That was when I realized the drop off location had changed. I drove the truck to that location and they were closed because they were only open 5 hours a day???? Unbelievable. Both locations should be tossed and U-Haul should not be allowed to change drop off locations once loaded in the app. I think this is nonsense. Get your act together U-Haul. You are a great company that offers a great service, but apparently need some better upper management if this type of thing is allowed.
