Have the unit where you promise. I reserved this rental at Punta Gorda and when I arrived to pick it up, no trailers were available. We eventually got one from this location and it went fine.

More car trailers available at this time of year in Florida. Too many people taking their cars home when they leave the area. I feel the rental charge is very pricey.
Richard HSpoke very limited English. Workers could use more training. Apparently didn't check tail lights - brake and turning lights worked but main lights did not so we ended up driving without rear lights.

Donna VI would give an excellent but, it was suppose to be ready to go at 8 am I had to wait an hour (9am)to leave I was not happy with that at all....
