This isn't a complaint against United Self Storage, but against Uhaul in general. I reserved the truck at Jasmine Lakes and Uhaul changed my pickup location, but didn't tell me. It wasn't until I showed up at the original facility that they told me my reservation wasn't there. Even though I could show them that they were the requested location. So it would be helpful if Uhaul would let the customer know that the requested truck wasn't available at the requested location, and a different location had been assigned.

Refuse to help loading my car on the carrier had a nightmare getting my car to another center for them to put my car on and then had to carry the person back to pick up his car. Very stressful for a out of state move BTW u-haul change my reservation from the Bayonet point location which are fabulous to work with this could have been avoided if U-Haul would have left my reservation alone very unhappy with this experience
