JESSICA MThis isn't a complaint against United Self Storage, but against Uhaul in general. I reserved the truck at Jasmine Lakes and Uhaul changed my pickup location, but didn't tell me. It wasn't until I showed up at the original facility that they told me my reservation wasn't there. Even though I could show them that they were the requested location. So it would be helpful if Uhaul would let the customer know that the requested truck wasn't available at the requested location, and a different location had been assigned.
