Not overcharge on mileage…make sure drop off location has original paperwork of allotted miles. Don’t overcharge. Be willing to correct overcharges day of overcharge.
MATTHEW CI picked up the truck with less than half a tan of gas and I took a picture of it but I had to return it with a full tank. No right in my opinion.

warren tIf additional appliances such as dollies are needed inform the customer or have a way of informing the customer instead of finding out upon arrival resulting in paying more out of pocket for something only being used once. UHaul website and especially the mobile app needs to be more operable and faster, too many of the same issues is ridiculous. If I or a friend just needed a vehicle and nothing else I would use this location again.
