I was charged for the dolly twice on my invoice, which is upsetting. Granted a small expense but not a valid charge. I added it to my reservation when creating my order and used the one on the truck for my move. When I dropped off the u haul, the gentleman met me outside and took the key from me and asked how I would like my receipt. I said email was fine. Unfortunately I should have stayed to ensure that I wasn't over charged, but I guess that's how it goes.
