The truck had not been cleaned after the previous user, items were left in the back of the truck and it had not been swept out.
LEAH BNeed a bigger lot for larger drop off after hours. During hours employee took vehicle to park.
JONATHAN WHad lots of issues with drop off part only. Given the wrong address to drop off. Then i had to get it to a 2nd location and had no ride to get my car. The last just looked at me and said “get uber i cant help u”. Very rude and unprofessional when the drop off location was not even my fault. Bad customer service. She just turned around in her chair and went about her business. Then had the nerve to over charge me. Bad service. Never again. She needs a lesson about treating the public
