I needed a trailer an hour before they were closing and I would not arrive at the location until just after closing. I called the office and explained that I would be a few minutes late arriving. They said that was not a problem and they would wait until I arrived. I want to thank the office again for their excellent customer service even though I arrived after the closing time.
