The first truck we got was in Floresville, TX and had a flat tire on one of the duals. We went to trade for a different truck and that one had obvious body damage from an apparent wreck. One of the plastic engine guards underneath the front bumper was attached with zip ties one of which was broken, and half of the guard was hanging down. We ended up driving an additional 10 miles to the Poth, Tx rental place to get an acceptable truck. all of this time was wasted and made us load the truck late into the night. We will not be using UHaul in the future.
