The U-Haul had no gas in it when I retrieved it. There was a check engine light on. I denied the safe move coverage and yet I was still charged for it.

Ramos Eplease have the personnel check to see if the requested equipment is available. i ordered a dolly and they didn’t have one. i then went to a secondary location and they also didn’t have a dolly. all in all, i wasted about 45 mins of moving time trying to get equipment that i had already paid for but was unsuccessful
