What can we do to improve: check to make sure trucks are cleaned and maintained Also when it’s pick up time there should be two people present to assist the customer picking up the truck and the customer buying groceries to be more efficient - have to wait too long

Diane BAs customer going to this location creates a prolonged pickup and day. when I arrive in the morning most off the time there is confusion with the workers because they are doing multiple things like making food and lottery tickets, I believe there is a big customer service problem at this location, they are not assertive or have empathy for my company's time and workers delay of executing task for that day I ask that you look in to this location to create a better foundation of Customer service and revenue growth. Torrie CThe check-out and check-in processes were a bit unusual, with check-out handled via a texted phone message, and check-in involved dropping off the vehicle and having it checked in the following day. However, the dealer was honest, and the fees were as expected. He is a reputable dealer, and I would recommend using his services.
