As customer going to this location creates a prolonged pickup and day. when I arrive in the morning most off the time there is confusion with the workers because they are doing multiple things like making food and lottery tickets, I believe there is a big customer service problem at this location, they are not assertive or have empathy for my company's time and workers delay of executing task for that day I ask that you look in to this location to create a better foundation of Customer service and revenue growth. The check-out and check-in processes were a bit unusual, with check-out handled via a texted phone message, and check-in involved dropping off the vehicle and having it checked in the following day. However, the dealer was honest, and the fees were as expected. He is a reputable dealer, and I would recommend using his services.
