Not only is he rude - the windshield wiper broke - We had to drive without a windshield in the rain. That being said - we picked up another truck at the same location - toDAY A- aside from being rude - didn't have the right paperwork and wanted Torrie to be the authorized user - he is the only authorized user. B-PICKED UP A TRUCK THIS MORNING (8/20) WE HAVE THE SAME TRUCK WITH THE BROKEN WINDSHIELD AND IT'S GOING TO RAIN AGAIN - I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR TODAY AND WANT A DISCUNT FOR INV 5404574028
